5. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made as per the invoice or agreement schedule. In case of delays, we reserve the right to suspend service delivery. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. Liability is limited to the total project value agreed between the parties.

7. Service Modification

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (in part or full) with or without notice. Any major changes affecting ongoing projects will be communicated to clients in advance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with prior notice. Any pending dues must be settled before termination. Upon termination, access to source files or platforms will be revoked unless otherwise agreed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
